### Cách ăn hạt hồ đào

Trung bình ăn khoảng 6 quả/ngày 

Ăn đều cả ngày, tốt nhất ăn dặm giữa buổi – như bữa phụ 

Ăn kiên trì trong 12 tuần, sau đó có điều kiện thì duy trì 

Bóc vỏ và sử dụng bình thường hoặc cho vào lò vi sóng ở 1600C rồi ăn sẽ ngon hơn 

Thời hạn sử dụng: 8 – 12 tháng, bảo quản nơi khô ráo, tốt nhất là trong tủ mát
